The 64 m² duplex offers a functional and aesthetic layout. Downstairs, there is an open-plan living area, a private kitchen with modern chandeliers and large glass doors leading to the pool. Upstairs, there is a bedroom, bathroom and balcony opening to the pool.

The private pool (7.5 x 4.5 m) is located at the rear, surrounded on three sides by a stone wall and completely isolated from the outside, ideal for guests with a high expectation of privacy and comfort.
